A structured space to explore conflict

Services I offer

  • Mediation for individuals or small constellations who want to work through a conflict together.

I facilitate structured, confidential process in which all parties have space to express their perspectives, listen to one another, and explore underlying needs and concerns. The aim is not to “win” or assign blame, but to understand the conflict well enough to find agreements that feel meaningful and workable for those involved.

Only suited when all parties are wiling to engage in dialogue.

  • A conflict clarification session is an exploratory format for situations that feel unclear or stuck.

It is especially helpful when mediation feels premature, or when it is not yet clear who should be involved. Together, we look at what the conflict is about, what feels most pressing, and what may be unspoken beneath the surface.

The focus is on understanding, not resolving, so that next steps can be chose wıth more clarity.

  • A one-on-one space for reflecting on a difficult situation or relationship.

This format is designed for moments when you need distance, orientation, or preparation. For example, before an important conversation, decision, or boundary-setting.

Drawing on mediative questioing and reflective dialogue, I support you in clarifying what matters to you, how you are positioned in the conflict and what options feel possible.

I am a trained mediator with a background in conflict management, shaped by certified mediation training at Alice Salomon Hochschule.

My formation includes restorative practices through the Institut für Restaurative Praktiken Berlin, as well as long-term engagement in an Authentic Communication Group facilitated by Martha Lesley.
